WholeProfits, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change this Rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time without prior notice to its members, although we may attempt to notify you via the email you used when you register. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to carefully review the current Rules from time to time. If you do not agree with this Terms, you must not go any further and may not join WholeProfits. If any member violates this Terms, their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.

1. WholeProfits is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members. The use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals who are interested to become a potential member and/or to individuals personally invited by our qualified members. Every transaction should be treated as member fees and considered to be a private transaction between WholeProfits and its member.
   
   
2. WholeProfits requires you to fill a correct and accurate data/information during the registration process.
   
   
3. The $30 Membership Fee is active for 365 days. It is is final and will not be refunded. A member may pay again the fee if he wish to renew his membership after the period of 365 days. Member must not sell or hand-over his/her account at WholeProfits to other parties without written agreement from WholeProfits.
   
   
4. Members payment transactions are handled via e-gold or SafePay. Commission payouts are handled via e-gold ONLY. You agree that the e-gold or SafePay account that you used with WholeProfits is owned by you.
   
   
5. WholeProfits members are granted access and to use our lines of products that includes Online Business eBooks, Private Label Articles, website templates and software which are bound by the Reseller Terms Of Use.
   
   
6. WholeProfits requires every member to comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws, as well as all statutes and regulations governing Network Marketing and Internet Advertising.
   
   
7. A member of WholeProfits agrees to always act honesty and fairly in a way that will enhance the reputation of the member and WholeProfits when representing WholeProfits. A member must agree not to SPAM, detailed in our Anti-SPAM Policy. Any member caught of SPAMMING will be terminated immediately.
   
   
8. A member agrees to always offer full support as a sponsor (upline) of their personally referred downlines and future prospective downlines. This includes avoiding deceptive or illegal practices and making untrue claims regarding WholeProfits' services and administrative officers.
   
   
9. A member agrees to not make public projections and claims regarding the income potential of any member, including themselves and a member understands that the success of other members may differ substantially and is determined by many variables uncontrollable by WholeProfits.
   
   
10. When promoting WholeProfits, a member agrees to be respectful of all prospective members. This includes respectful acceptance of all prospective member comments and questions as well as their privacy needs.
    
    
11. A member agrees to be and understands that they are solely responsible for any and all legal and financial obligations that could result from their WholeProfits Membership. This includes but is not limited to self-employment taxes, income taxes, sales/use taxes, etc.
    
    
12. Any personal information collected on the WholeProfits registration form will be retained in accordance with the WholeProfits' Privacy Policy.

• You understand and agree that the products, services and/or opportunities (collectively,"Wholeprofits") is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. WholeProfits disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of WholeProfits. WholeProfits also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the WholeProfits with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. WholeProfits does not warrant that WholeProfits Products (referred to as "materials", "services", or "WholeProfits") will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the WholeProfits Website or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  
  Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall WholeProfits be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if WholeProfits has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  
  
  
• The commission tables presented in the "How It Works (Earning Opportunities)" page are the possible earning potential that a referrer may get depending on the number of downlines he/she brings to WholeProfits. WholeProfits never guarantee that each member will earn these same commissions unless they get the same number of downlines as outlined on that page. Much more, WholeProfits never offer a false guarantee like earning without doing anything. Our earning opportunities is merely based on the performance of each of our members who chose to spread the word out of the program. However, WholeProfits offers an unlimited income potential depending on the number of members that have joined to WholeProfits.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WholeProfits collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users/members of this website (each, a "User" or "Member").

Users' privacy is very important to WholeProfits. WholeProfits is committed to safeguarding the information users/members entrust to WholeProfits.

The Information We Collect
WholeProfits may collect personally identifiable information volunteered by you, such as during registrations and on contact form. WholeProfits may also collect information about how users use our website, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the website or the domains from which users originate. We may use "cookies" to track how users use our website. A cookie is a piece of software that a web server can store on the users' PC and use to identify the user should they visit the website again.

How We Use Information
WholeProfits may use personally identifiable information collected through our website to contact users regarding products, services, news and updates offered by WholeProfits and selected programs. The information we collect is also used to improve the content of our webpage, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for you as an individual visitor, and to provide further information regarding WholeProfits through the form of email communication.

With respect to email: The only way you will be added to our email distribution list is by entering your contact information during registration. Becoming a member at WholeProfits will consider you as a "confirmed recepient", thus you will be receiving emails from WholeProfits from time to time. If a you does not want to receive email from WholeProfits in the future, you have to inform WholeProfits to delete your WholeProfits Account. Please take note that deleting your account will result on loosing your downlines, unpaid earnings and potential commissions in the future.

Disclosure of Information
WholeProfits may not disclose information collected from users/members to 3rd party, including independent contractors, investors and business partners who will use the information for the purposes outlined above. We may not also transfer information collected from users in connection with a sale of WholeProfits' business.

However, WholeProfits members are able to see name and email information of their sponsors (uplines) and downlines.

If you feel that WholeProfits is not following its stated Privacy Policy, you may contact us through support@wholeprofits.com.

We will not tolerate SPAM as a method of promoting your WholeProfits referral URL. SPAM (as WholeProfits defined) consists of one of two things:

• The sending of unsolicited email - meaning that the recipient of your email hasn't specifically requested the information you are sending, and/or the recipient of your email hasn't specifically agreed to receive your email.
• Inappropriate postings in the USENET Newsgroups - meaning that your post has nothing to do with the topic of discussion for that particular newsgroup.

In addition, in order to be CanSpam Act compliant, all email messages must include the following items:

• Your legal name or registered business name.
• A current and valid email address that you check daily by which recipients may contact you or request removal.
• Subject lines must not be deceptive to mislead the recipient as to the actual content of the email.
• You must never forge the email headers.
• A way for recipients of your email to remove themselves (unsubscribe) from future emails.

If WholeProfits is forwarded a spam complaint that links to your WholeProfits referral URL and the above criteria are not found in your email then you risk immediate termination. Removal requests by the recipient must be dealt with immediately. WholeProfits does not allow you to send further emails to the recipient after the first Removal Request is eceived by you. We suggest you save all removal requests for future reference in case you are accused of spam. If WholeProfits is sent a copy of a removal request and we have proof that future emails were sent to the same recipient you risk immediate termination.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you understand that if you violate our Anti-SPAM Policy your WholeProfits membership may be terminated immediately and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions and access to the WholeProfits Members Only site.

You also acknowledge that if your violation of this terms causes any damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.

Ignorance of this terms excuses no one. It is never a defense when SPAM is concerned. When in doubt, always contact WholeProfits first through: abuse@wholeprofits.com

WholeProfits' products comes with Resell Rights or even Master Resell Rights.

Before selling these products, or transferring the resell rights to others, you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Reseller Terms Of Use.

• All products are guaranteed that it comes with Resell Rights. You must read each products' License to see whether you can have a Master Resell Rights for a particular product.
  
  
• WholeProfits does not allow you to transfer the Master Resell Rights of the products to others unless it is explicitly mentioned in the License that you can do so.
  
  
• If you are going to sell these products, you must download it from WholeProfits' Members Area and upload it on your own host. You must not point the download link to WholeProfits.
  
  
• You are not allowed to include the WholeProfits products in membership sites. However, you can include most of the individual products in membership sites. To see whether an individual product can be included in membership sites, read it's documentation.
  
  
• You cannot give products away for free, or offer it as a bonus for another service/product that you are offering. However, you can give away for free, or as a bonus, some of the individual products. To see whether an individual product can be given away for free, read it's documentation.
  
  
• You may include individual products into a new products package if its License granted you to do so.
  
  
• Use the following products at your sole responsibility. WholeProfits will never be held liable of any damages, if any, that may be caused by the products that you have downloaded from WholeProfits.

In no event shall the creator/programmer/author of these products, or any distributors, be liable to any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages caused directly or indirectly from the use of these products. These products are provided without warranties.

If you do not agree with this Reseller Terms, you are not allowed to use or resell these products.
